Summit for a new Global Financial Pact

The Summit for a New Global Financial Pact was held in Paris on June 22nd and 23rd. This international meeting brought together 120 government delegations, including 40 Heads of State, and will be a high point for financial multilateralism in 2023. A large number of heads of international organisations, financial institutions and NGOs were also invited to the Summit, which took place in the prestigious Palais des Nations in Paris.
As a regular service provider to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ULISS was responsible for assembling and supervising more than 70 hostesses and hosts, who took part in the various tasks involved in this major event with rigour and professionalism and in compliance with strict protocols :
- Distribution of badges to all those invited to attend the summit
- Welcoming heads of state, foreign delegations and NGOs
- Assistance in organising meetings in the bilateral rooms
- VIP accompaniment
- Seating in conference rooms
- Passing the microphone during conferences
