Data retention period
In the case of a contract for the provision of a service, the data will be kept for as long as the contract is being performed by the parties and for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of full performance.
In the case of data collected on the site (contact form, registration, subscription), personal data is kept for as long as the visitor remains a subscriber or member. If the visitor wishes to unsubscribe (by e-mail to uliss@uliss.fr or by unsubscribing), Agence Uliss undertakes to delete all personal data concerning the visitor.

As the data controller, Uliss Agency takes all reasonable precautions to protect the security and confidentiality of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties. With regard to customer bank details, Agence Uliss processes these bank details itself and ensures that they are perfectly secure.
